Madonna Rocks Out Live Earth in Sky High Christian Laboutins

Madonna just finished rocking Wembley Stadium's Live Earth concert with a sizzling performance. She brought the entire crowd to its feet -- after demanding that they jump up and down to save the planet. And jump they did! She opened with her new song "Hey You" which is the anthem she wrote for Live Earth. Her backing vocals were provided by a children's choir. She then performed a smoking rendition of "Ray of Light" in which she played a black electric guitar. She was wearing a black dress with cap sleeves, black short leggings and four inch Christian Louboutin La Donna Mary Jane Pumps.

Incidentally, I was watching the Live Aid 1985 show last night and Madonna performed Holiday and a few other songs for the concert. She wore flats with the rest of her dancers.

A few weeks ago I recreated a Nicole Ritchie outfit and I was surprised at how may responses I received about the post. I know the frugal fashionista blog has been doing these for a while and I am personally a huge fan of their blog. However, I'm going to do my own little spin on these posts.

First, let me say that I LOVE fashion, and everything about it. I know that we have to feel good on the inside to look good on the outsied, but there are some things that I cannot live without. Mostly this applies to great shoes and a great bag. I recently went out wearing a dress that cost $15.00 while wearing a pair of $300.00 shoes and I recieved endless compliments from men and women. My little secret about the dress kept me smiling the whole time. Sounds crazy, but trust me, it works.

But back to Nicole's outfit. I want to say it looks like Nicole is leaving a restaurant or store on Sunset Plaza ... at least that's what it looks like to me.

1. The first bag is a knock off of the Fendi B Bags in White with contrasting Tan trim. A great find at $55.00.
2. Number 2 is another homage to Fendi, although I swear it is not on purpose. This is a smaller tote. It is made of a white patent leather with the contrasting faux lizard print in cognac and a chain shoulder strap. A little dressier version of the first bag and also reasonably priced at $55.00.
3. Number 3 is a super cute leather multi-pocket satchel in Winter White. Tons of convenient exterior pockets and adjustabe buckled shoulder straps. I can already envision many of the LA girls running around town with this one. Price: $60.00.
